The IEA Student Program is a professional organization which links students who are
planning a career in teaching with a state and national teacher’s organization. Membership
in this program can provide a student with professional contacts throughout the state
and nation, up-to-date information that goes beyond skills learned in a college classroom,
publications at the national and the state level, liability insurance coverage anytime
you are in a classroom, professional workshops, and resume and networking services.
